Maybe it's just me, but it seems like over the past few weeks your presence in this forum has been more noticeable.
I know Phase One insists that these are "user to user" forums, but it makes a world of difference to have an official staff member respond quickly to threads.

No need to thank me. Just doing what I can when I can.
There will be times that I won't be able to respond for long stretches of time so I hope no one is dependent on my presence, but I am happy to help out when I have the time to do so.
I appreciate the gratitude and will continue to do all I can when possible... again however, I can't resist the opportunity to reiterate the proper Support channel for all those that need immediate solutions;

I know you're only doing your job, but when someone puts heart into what he's doing I don't take it for granted - I feel you're making a difference lately and deserve thanks ๐
In regards to support tickets - I think you guys have reiterated that the user forum is not a replacement so many times it's crystal clear... I'm just saying C1 users are a - relatively - small community, and when someone like you makes his presence felt on the forums it makes a world of difference because it makes me feel like Phase One cares about it's users. So I hope if you do have to "disappear" for certain periods, some one else from P1 could pop by and say hello once in a while ๐0 -
