    I suppose I am fortunate, as the 32-bit update went well and the latest version is working fine for me, thus far. I am using Windows XP (with 8 GB of RAM memory) to process Olympus E-5 RAW files.

    My 32-bit Express version crashes when I am deleting many RAW images, shutting down and giving me a pop-up window where I can enter in my name and e-mail address and send a tech report to Phase One.
