    Hi,

    one idea:
    it might be that you have jobs in your batch list which can not be developed (files might have been moved outside CO)

    If this is the fact delete the files in following folders:
      USERNAME\\library\\application support\\Phase One\\Batch Jobs
      USERNAME\\library\\application support\\Phase One\\Batch Queue
