C1 Pro 3.6.1 Crashing all the time now!

Please help - I am desperate. I launched C1 Pro 3.6.1 tonight and it keeps crashing - it replies with the system dialogue box saying the application unexpectedly quite. I have tried 3.5.2 and it works. I dumped my old version of 3.6.1 and downloaded a new copy - same thing. I tried to fix permission and run a disk utility repair and nothing seems to be working to get the application to open. it opens for maybe a split second then crashes. PLEASE help I am desperate. 😭

    Hi,

    one idea:
    it might be that you have jobs in your batch list which can not be developed (files might have been moved outside CO)

    If this is the fact delete the files in following folders:
      USERNAME\\library\\application support\\Phase One\\Batch Jobs
      USERNAME\\library\\application support\\Phase One\\Batch Queue
