Is there any Media pro One user's guide somewhere ?

Hello, I have just installed media pro on my mac. Does somebody knows where we can find a user guide knowing that I am not using and will not use Capture one ! I do need to understand how this bloady menu in 'english only' with no clue works and do ! 🤭 👿

  Click on "Help" in the menu bar, it is there.
