Brand new user trying to migrate from Lightroom CC
New user, trying very hard to migrate from Lightroom, but having some issues. I'm highly technical, but so far I'm unsure what's going on here.
- Why are these images cast in blue? A lot of them are, but here's a sample.
-- Not sure why my screenshot is cropped, but the right hand side of the file shows the picture browser, and that there are 2 of each image (right-click, View in new Tab shows the full image).
- As the second screenshot shows, there aren't duplicate files on disk. Lastly, there weren't duplicates in Lightroom either.
Thanks in advance for any help or info on this stuff!

Is your camera supported? 0 -
Absolutely- Fuji X-Pro2
Thanks0 -
There have been some colour cast issue reported for cameras that are using some specific settings when the shot was taken.
The example I recall was to do with "sport" mode or similar on a particular model.
It might be worth checking for common factors in the affected files. Any common factors may be of interest - not just "sport" mode.
That was not to do with importing from LR but rather importing RAW file from the camera. In effect that is what you will be doing anyway with your RAW files since they will be interpreted with no previous edits applied.
Other than that information I would suggest that you create a Support Case with the Capture One support team and let them work with you towards a resolution. If your problem does indeed have common ground with the other reports of strange results I would guess that you could anticipate a resolution quite soon but reporting your problem may help to ensure that outcome.

This can happen if you have converted your RAF to DNG but looking at your screen shot this does not the seem to be the case with your problem. Please let us know what support say if you raise a support case. 0 -
Greetings.
I have the same issue with some, not all, Fuji X-Pro2 images imported from Lightroom Catalog. These images originally were Fuji RAFs, converted to DNG via Iridient Transformer, then imported into Lightroom.
When I open the Lightroom Catalog in C1p v12 some images look fine, but others have a strange, blue color cast.
No special processing was applied to the LightRoom files besides normal adjustments and I don't see any common adjustments/settings for files with the strange color cast.
I have opened a Support Case with Phase-1 and uploaded files for their review.
It would be good to see if others in the Capture One community see the same.0 -
My support case seems to have stalled at "send us a sample file in EIP format". I'm having a devil of a time becoming a C1 user! I'm starting a new thread on a separate issue. 0 -

In what way stalled?
Did you manage to send the file? EIP format includes edits so the supporters have a complete image and edit set to work with.
You might well usually expect some feedback but if they are having any problems repeating the process it might take a while before they feel they have exhausted all possibilities.
A resolution, if it requires a software or installation process update, would normally become available in a maintenance release. Individual updates, unless for testing purposes in very specific circumstances, are unlikely.

Sorry, to be sure, I just haven't heard back from support in several days having submitted their answers and EIP file request. Thanks! 0 -
Well, somewhat embarrassingly, it turns out that an unfortunate number of my images imported with an extremely high color temperature. I had not even tried to edit images after this import, so I had not noticed that that's all it was. I assumed the extreme blue hue indicated something, versus just being a color temp.
That said, I'm a bit frustrated that this even happened. The support person asked me to check if these images appeared this way in Lightroom prior to import. Of course, they did not. Now I'm facing having to fix hundreds if not thousands of images (hopefully in bulk somehow).
All of THAT said, for giggles, I'm re-importing my catalog and hoping it simply goes better next time.0 -
What if you import a few images directly into Capture One, not as part of the Lr catalog. Would that give you a better White Balance to start with? 0
