Not able to pre-order C1P20
Any idea? I thought the pre-order ends at 7pm today...

Hello,
pre-ordered myself yesterday evening.
Checked the mail with the offer, no mentioning of 31st being last day that pre-order could be done.
When I click on the link in the announcement mail, I still get to PhaseOne's website with the pre-order offer.
So don't see why pre-ordering shouldn't be possible anymore.

Unable to pre-order myself (current discounts ending shortly). Getting "None of your licenses can be upgraded." even after validating C1 12 license. 0 -
As I unsubscribed from the C1 newsletter in the past I never received the offer. Trying to upgrade an existing license gives no results. But in one of the other threads on C1 20 someone posted this link to help me out and it looks like it still works:

That's because there is nothing to upgrade to at this time if you already have the full Pro license.
So the normal upgrade path will not work. Or rather it does work just as normal.

The trick is, although we don't know what discount(s) will be offered in the future, we've already missed at least one discount opportunity (two discounts equaling 30% off [ended 10/31] versus 20% currently for upgrading, because there is no straightforward way to upgrade. I kept coming back thinking it would be worked out. Hopefully the future upgrade offer will equal at least 30% off full upgrade price.

I've been looking for information on system requirements for C1P20 on a Mac but have yet to find any. I'm currently using macOS Sierra V10.12.6. Will this OS version work with C1P20? When I went from C1P11 to C1P12, I found I was unable to install it, as it required an upgrade to the OSv12 and I'd like to be prepared before I purchase. 0 -

Beta testers have to agree to a non-disclosure agreement so I can't answer your question, but you can sign up for the beta in your account section on www.captureone.com, download the latest beta, and read the requirements in the release notes. You wouldn't even have to run the beta to read those.0
