can't open preferences

hi just loaded the new 3.7 not the beta version i've used c1pro from the 1st version with no real problems but this version will not let me open the prefs any ideas.

    yes - go to your user account > library > preferences. Then locate all preference files that starts with: .com.phaseone.applications.... and delete these and restart the application for rebuilding of a new preferencefile.
