Hi - i assume that you refere to, how the images look's like at the monitor and not if the values are different in Capture One or PhotoShop comparring the values. Also i assume that you are using 1...

yes - go to your user account > library > preferences. Then locate all preference files that starts with: .com.phaseone.applications.... and delete these and restart the application for rebuilding ...

We can add that the color temperature slider has been made even better in the comming 3.6 version. Working from 2000 Kelvin degrees to 12000 K it shows the coolest images going to the varmest image...
