Adding new Hard Disk Drive to Capture One

I ran out of disk space on my current HDD and so set up a new Pictures 2 folder on a new internal HDD. Capture One reads and edits the files I have stored there just fine, but when I go to transfer files I don't want to keep to the Trash folder, it keeps asking me if I want to copy the selected images to the Trash folder - instead of transferring them over.

Is there something I need to do to get the Trash function to work as it did with the original HDD?
