transfer of capture one license

I purchased a leica camera from individual with the capture one software, how can i activate in my name after it has been registered to the person I purchased from?

    Hello,
    The unfortunate truth is, you cannot. The Product Key's are Non-Transferable, as outlined in the EULA. The person that you purchased this software from agreed to the EULA at the time of activation and, as such, you cannot activate their software. I apologies for the bleak news, I would suggest you contact the person you purchased the software from and request a refund.
