Smart Albums

Hello,

I assume that a smart album draws from the entire catalog of images. In my case its nearly 50000. I have images also on several drives.

Can a smart collection be limited to a specific drive/folder or have a specific drive/folder ignored?

Smart Albums search the entire catalog unless the Smart Album is placed under a Project. A Project is a search boundary and only searches in Albums within that Project.

You could put images from a drive in an Album in a Project...
