    "It's a known issue" pretty much answers all your questions, I think.

    Phase One has been promising - for an age - that they're going to fix the forum. That we're still waiting says it all, really.

    I for one have lowered my expections to around zero that we'll see improvements any time soon...

    Any news on this, please?

    It'd be so useful to be notified as planned when someone has replied… would make discussions so much easier and effective 😊.

    Here's hoping that - since notification is still not working - you see this!

    Both auto login and the notifications are broke. They talked about it in another thread a while ago, and if I remember correctly they came out and said they were not going to fix it as at some point they were going to use another forum application. But never heard another word after that. Now I cannot remember if it was 6 months ago or a year ago, and what forum it was in.

    I would not bet that it would ever be fixed.

    They are working on it, it seems; but it's tempting to think that their support dept is a little overwhelmed. Good luck to them!

    This should be working properly now. Please let us know in you find that are still not receiving email notifications after checking the appropriate boxes in your user control panel.

    Not for me, Justin.

    I have 'Notify me on new private messages:' ticked/checked to 'Yes'.

    I have 'Notify me when a reply is posted' ticked/checked for the topics I'm following etc… including this one.

    Am not receiving notifications.

    I also have 'forum.phaseone.com' and 'phaseone.com' set on my POP3 server as 'Good' domains.

    Sorry.

    My email notifications don't work either. Everything is enabled on my profile, including "Notify me upon replies by default:"
