    Hello Troy,

Mainly, having adjustments made on one computer seen by another. Both are looking at the same folder on a share network drive or the data is synced to both machines. Currently, changed made on machine 1 will not be seen on machine 2.
    ...

When you use sessions, adjustments are stored as a set of sidecar files. Browsing the image folder with a CO session shows you the adjusted images with any session on any computer.
But with catalogs you have to keep the catalogs synced, because all information is kept inside the catalog. That's for referenced and managed catalogs.

Also, when an image is adjusted and later removed from the Capture One catalog for any reason and re-imported, all adjustments are gone.
    ...

Deleting from a catalog always means fully delete everything. That's for referenced and managed catalogs, too.

This my not seem ideal but with our current archival process, files are moved off a main workstation to an archival machine where we can access and export later as needed.
    ...

You can export originals with adjustments to a folder and then archive that folder. Or choose eip files to keep adjustments and image in a single file. eip files are actually zip files. You can then import them with adjustments into a catalog again, or use a session to browse them.

    Hello Hans,

Thanks so much for the feedback. I have created a session on Computer A and synced that entire folder to computer B. How do I open or adopt the session on Computer B? When I tried opening the session it did not import any images and I got warning symbols next to the Capture Folder, Selects Folder, Output Folder.

    Thanks again for your assistance!

I'm syncing my CO sessions and catalogs for quite a while now without problems.

You sync'ed it one-way, I hope? Syncing both ways can cause a lot of issues. Not only in CO but in any software.

Sessions don't import images when opening. Do you mean that no images show up? Are you in the right Library folder?

Did you assign external folders for Capture Folder, Selects Folder, Output Folder? Try to (re-)assign them to standard locations.

    Regards,
    Hans
