Support working time ?

Hi guys,

Any chance someone with some connection to support can post about the working times ? I have an unanswered post for the past 3 days. I understand its the holidays, I like most am still working between Christmas and New-Year and week-ends. Thank you for your kind help.

  You must be in USA, Phase is a European firm and thus probably closes from miday Christmas Eve to 2nd January. 🤓
