Can you create a support case and provide us a System Information file so we can try to recreate the issue?

Support case created; thanks. What is a System Info file?

Thanks Drew. I sent the info file.

I did find out something interesting: when this problem happens, I am able to get the viewer window to refresh by moving the mouse cursor to the far upper right corner of the screen, and hover over the program's minimize/close buttons in the program. Very strange, but it's a simple enough work-around.

I had the same problem and found the solution independently by moving the cursor to the top right corner.

I was about to close CO 6.0 Pro and restart it. Then boom! The image just showed up in the main viewer.

The weirdest thing is that when I clicked on other images, the focus tool window shows the new image with each click but the main view remained blank. It should not be too hard to recreate.

A-ha, so it's not only me having the problem! And yes, I confirm that the focus tool window does indeed show the new images, but the main viewer window does not. Thanks Nelson! 😎

I sent a screen recording to Drew so he can see what we're talking about.

Hey gang... I'm waiting to hear back from Mitch in regard to one little possibility. However, it's looking like a bug as I just got my Vista to start doing the same thing. However, using the "Delete" shortcut or File>Delete doesn't show the same error so it's a bit puzzling. 😕

Just an FYI for those following this thread; I replied to Drew but can't find one piece of info he requested. Will follow up again soon.

As far as using the file menu, I can replicate the problem with File > Delete, or using the keyboard with Delete by itself or CTRL+Delete, but I do NOT get the error when using File > 'Delete Permanently' or when using the keyboard with ALT+Delete.

(Thinking it would be nice to have a "delete permanently" option in the right-click menu ... 😉 )

Latest reply from the tech desk: the problem has been added to the list of future fixes; may not be in the first update but eventually.

By the way, that first update, 6.0.1, was released today.
