    Well, since buying the upgrade C11 Pro has now deactivated itself and says my license is invalid. I doubt the two are connected but the timing is suspicious. Maybe my post above pissed them off... 😂

    You’ll probably just have to use your new license code with v11.

    I didn't have to do that with any other upgrade. My account now says I've only bought and activated versions 8 and 10; 11 is no longer listed. I think (hope) it's a glitch on their end. Opened a case with support but probably won't hear anything until the first of the week.

    Ian, you were correct, the purchase of v12 invalidated my v11 activation requiring the new key for 12 to be used. This is very odd, at least to me, because when I bought the upgrade from 10 to 11 this deactivation business did not happen. Maybe it's a new policy or perhaps it's because I bought the v11 upgrade from a local business and not directly from Phase One. Dunno... fixed now.
