Activate license fail after upgrade from SE to 3.7 pro
Hi, J'm just upgrade from 3.6SE to 3.7pro and got official product key as this Order number: 246326 for reference.
But after installing and try to activate license via internet on both of my computer (one is PC desktop and other is notebook) and its fail with promtp of \"my e-mail not matching with my profile\" which is none sense.
Luckly on my PC desk top I upgrade without uninstall the SE then I could made activate manually and it shown the activate key which I guess it contained from my old SE, but on my notebook I did uninstall SE out first before install Pro which made me could not activated via internet or manual.
Need support from Phase one now, thanks

Some users have created problems by establishing more than one Login profile. If you have not, not clear why it 'thinks' your email is a mismatch.
Please Create a Support Case at: http://support.phaseone.com
Your email address will then be displayed and your web site profile can be accessed.

Spent hours trying to get upgrade via every key I've received. Nothing works. Created a support case & after a few days received an e-mail that states that all should be OK & go ahead with the key I sent them. Spent another couple of hours attempting to activate. Not a chance. Never seen anything like it. 0 -
You have the choice of doing an Online or Offline/Manual Activation. Online requires login to User Profile. Each install on a computer must go through the described activation process. Each machine will give you a Registration Key which must be delivered to Phase One in return for an Activation Key to be entered into the software.
Product Key = 4 x 4 alpha numeric characters - you were issued from original purchase
Registration Key = 4 x 6 alpha numeric characters - newly created on machine being activated
Activation Key = 4 x 6 alpha numeric characters - issued by P1
Activate using the Product Key.

Hi there ! My problem is similar , SE UPG to 3.7 pro , deactivated SE , new key recieved and installed , 3.7 pro says internal error for internet access , then try manual activation and told the key is invalid.
How can this be so hard ??
3.7 pro B115 , Win XP pro SP2 , P4 3.2 , 2GB ram , login profile , long time user !!
Seems the pirates are having better luck than some of us legit users. Don't mind you making it hard for them , but how about easier for us ??

I am having a problems also. My 3.7 LE was working. I had a lot of problems with my 3.6 upgrade last year. Then it magically started working. My 3.7 upgrade was fine except that I noticed some features seemed missing. I got busy, went on vacation, etc.
Then 3.7 stopped working as if a 30-day trial had ended. In fact, the Help/Show License\" option said as much. But when I went to activate, the first message I get is that I license is connected. So I uninstalled and Re-installed. Now when I go to Help/Show License I get my registration number and that I have 5 updates remaining. But still the software is locked as if a 30-day trial ended.
Now I have totally unusable software. And this is after waiting months for the upgrade so I could process my Canon 20D RAW files.
I agree and I said this last year. This security key system is absurdly implemented. I cannot even count the hours I have wasted on the last 2 upgrades and still I do not have my software. The buyers are being abused - CHEATED.0 -
Dear Sirs,
IT Systems Administrator has informed that the on-line activation services have been out of order from Saturday June 18th until Monday June 20th.
It is now functional and you should attempt Activation again. Any failure in Activation procedures are best handled through the Support System.
Mr. Stephens, your Support Case has been responded to and we see an Activation for today. If this is still not working for you, then please continue to reply to Your Support Case and it will be resolved.

I submitted my case to you after countless hours of trying to activate my SE to Pro ubgrade. That was on May 14. You've still done nothing. My follow up e-mails to you have obviously been ignored. The only thing that you have done, is disable my product key so that even SE 3.6 no longer functions. You folks are great. 0 -

I have back traced the e-mail address you used here in the forum in our Support Log System and have found no trace of any logged cases from you.
If your first name is Stephen then I did find a case which you did get a reply to 6 hours after you posted it, which is a little longer then normal but we do run a priority system.0 -
