Phase One rendering updating from C1 7 catalogue?
If I use Phase One raw rendering with images in a C1 7 session then the expected updating of the thumbnail/preview after adjustment in C1 7 takes place. If I use a catalogue then this doesn't seem to happen. Is there any way round this or am I missing something (C1 7 catalogues are not yet mature enough to take the place of MP catalogues IMHO)?

I have difficulty understanding your message.
You said it was fine using CO7 sessions and that you'll use sessions anyway since catalogues are not mature enough.0 -
OK. Let me try to explain more clearly.
I have been evaluating C1 7 catalogues as an alternative to working in sessions. In theory for what i do there could be some advantages to the catalogue approach. However, C1 7's way of handling metadata (whether in sessions or catalogues) still has a long way to go to match the ease and flexibility of MP.
Therefore, it seems best to use MP for handling the bulk metadata and DAM issues and to use C1 as the image editor. However, if I do that, I don't seem to be able to rebuild the images from C1 7 catalogues to see the images edits. However, I can if I use sessions (That said this was using C1 7.02 and C1 7.1 has just been issued). This is why, at the moment, I prefer using sessions.
I just wondered if this was expected behaviour or I was doing something wrong or missing something.
