I Have the same issue on Macos.
Since version 2I I get every time when I start the program the folder 'License': Try MP or Activate. Nothing helps. Version 2.1 still the same! Very annoying … Please help

I guess that their activation server is the problem. I have also the same old problem since a couple of days. (windows 10)..

This solution from the help desk worked for me :
Lets try one more step this time which is to delete this folder: C:\ProgramData\Phase One\Media Pro

You will need to activate one more time after that.

Had the same issue here on Windows 8.1 with MP 1.5. Granting the file "license2.enc" in "C:\ProgramData\Phase One\Media Pro" all possible rights ("Vollzugriff" in German, means sort of "full access") to the user account I usually work on solved the problem. Cheers Kay
