    This solution from the help desk worked for me :Lets try one more step this time which is to delete this folder: C:\ProgramData\Phase One\Media ProYou will need to activate one more time after that.

    I guess that their activation server is the problem. I have also the same old problem since a couple of days. (windows 10)..
