Right Click Long Delay
I am experiencing very frustrating delays when I select an image and then right click to bring up contextual menu, nothing appears at all for three seconds - I timed it! This is happening in both catalogue and session mode. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
My machine is not not particularly new but is reasonably fast :-
P9X79 motherboard (socket 2011)
i7-3820 CPU
32 gig RAM
AMD Radeon Pro WX5100 Graphic Card (a very recent update)
Oh and catalog and originals are on SSD

All, I can't use any till context menu pops up. However I have just found that switching proof profile from printer profile for paper I use to none speeds things up a lot - strange. 🙄0 -
Time to report back on this.
I raised a support case and the Capture One support team were extremely helpful ending up with spending an hour online with developers in control of my machine.
It turns out that despite various checks, SFC etc, showing my Windows 10 v1703 installation having no faults there must have been a corrupt file in the system. Doing an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 v1703 to v1703 using the media creation tool re-installed windows without affecting my apps and data. After doing this Capture One runs without problem.0 -
Hi I have the same issue so will try a fresh windows install as well and let you know if it work 0
