If this is the latest version of CO7 (7.2.1 is current) I suggest you open a support case and have Phase One support look at it. It does not make sense to me.

Yes I have the latest version and a support case was opened a few days back but I have not received any answer yet. It is a recurring problem, a new keyword went into the wrong place this morning while others added at the same time were placed in the correct alphabetical order.

I'd also like to know whether it's normal to have this list of keywords run from A-Z and *then* a-z, which is what mine do.

    Ario,
The last support case we have from you dates back to September of 2013.

    Drew,
the support case for this specific issue is n° 141507 dated March 30, 2014, I have two more support cases after the date you mention, I.E. 133595 dated October 25, 2013 and 139752 dated February 24, 2014.
All af them have been answered, the most recent one today, with the following message. "Hi - thanks for the info - we have added this as a feature request to R&D - they will look into this in the nearest future as well as they will also decide if and when this will be added to Capture One."
Actually I am not looking for a new feature but for a possible bug correction, it is most probably a misunderstanding.

Sorry Ario, I didn't realize you had two Phase One Accounts. Using one on the Forum and one in the support system.
This makes it easy for us to overlook an existing connection and of course a bit harder to connect the dots.

I'll reopen the case and send it back to support for further review.
