Local copy/apply does not work for styles

I have a problem using the copy and apply function with the Styles and Preset tool tab. Clicking on the small double arrow the clipboard open but does not show that there is a style applied to the picture (the checkbox is unchecked) and even checking the box the style is not copied and hence cannot be applied to other variants. With other tooltab apparently the copy/apply function is fine.
Is it just my problem or other users have the same issue?

  I am doing exactly what is written in the manual, and it works for other tool but not for Styles ad Presets.
  This is the problem I have.
