Question about installing older version of Capture One

Unfortunately, I can't deal with my problem: and there are a few other problems:  https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360011504237-White-stripe-on-the-printout-          including plugins. And here I have a question, if I bought version 20 (13) I can download and install the older version and check if in previous versions these problems also occurred and everything was OK........... Well, but there was no older version (for Nikon) :( ..... then how and where to download the older trial version.

    Nikon version or Pro version etc., there is only one download package, and the "version" (features, camera raw files) you can use on your computer is managed by the activation license, that includes the Trial activation I believe.  So, while you can download and install an older version, I don't know if you can activate the Pro version trial.

    Thank you for your help, I downloaded version 12, in the afternoon I will try to install and check.

    I installed version 12.1.5 and everything works perfectly, the program normally recognizes the size of the paieru and prints without a bar, plugins (Nik Collection) also work.

    Same computer, same Windows 10 2004, same printer, same settings.

    now after checking that everything worked in the previous version, I sent a question from C1 specialists.
