    OK since you are on a Mac I might be able to help.

    if you go to /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Capture One/
    Inside this folder you will find a who set of sub directories that if you delete should get recreated when you restart Capture One.

    I havent tested this but it works for other applications so I guess it should for Capture One Pro.

    This will not work if you want a totally clean slate: you will need to reset the prefs and delete the default library too. See Ario's link to uninstall - trashing the app is not necessary though, so go from point 4.

    Prefs need to be removed via terminal thanks to Apple's cache daemon (see article).
