You can use the Filters tool : https://help.phaseone.com/en/CO8/Organi ... lters.aspx

    Thanks for the link JD,
I'm either doing something completely stupid, or the Filter/Search function works in a way that I haven't fathomed.
Am I correct in thinking that if I type in a keyword, that I know to be applied to a thousand or more images, then the browser will only display those images?

Trying to move away from Lightroom and am now coming to the end of C1 11 trial. Unfortunately only been able to trial it for the last couple of days, and have really struggled with it, not least trying to import a LR catalog, resulting in PC crashes!
    Anyway, my question:
How do I search a catalog using keywords? There's loads of stuff about applying keywords to an images/s, but none (as far as I can see) about how to actually do a search.

In the library tab (first from left) there should be a filters item with sub items including keywords - click on a keyword and all the pictures tagged with that keyword will appear (assuming you have first selected all pictures in catalogue).
I have noticed the keyword sub item can disappear from filters, if this is the case delete filters and then activate it again.

Thanks David, got it! For some reason the keywords, Color Tag, Rating etc wasn't showing in "Filters". I'm not sure what I did, but after a few clicks they magically appeared. Thanks

There are potentially a lot of individual filter items to display so they can be expanded and contracted.

You can also specify which ones you want to use from a long list. Not all are displayed by default.

Is you use the Search facilities (possibly in conjunction with filters but also by themselves) you can also search for keywords, combinations of keywords and parts of keywords as well as other data.

    HTH.
