I forgot to add that the shots have been done at a very long exposure: 1 sec or 2 sec

    Dead pixels !
Cleared by noise reduction in ACR.
Pull the NR in C1 a bit further and they should disappear. A very well known phenomena to long exposure night shooters.

My guess is that they are hot pixels which ACR/LR are able to map and remove during the demosaicing process, and from undemosaiced raw/DNG files only; in fact if the raw file is a demosaiced one (sRaw for instance) the removal does not take place.

In addition to comments above, two tips.

First, when you process, the single white pixels might have disappeared, they only existed in the Viewer's preview.

Second, you could experiment with a less well-known tool, the Single Pixel slider in the Noise Reduction tool (Details tool tab). Move this slider up from zero and evaluate the result in the preview.

    Yup.
Capture One leaves this adjustment in your hands, not an automated process. Please use the Single Pixel Slider as Paul has outlined.
