    Tips

    - clear the batch queue and the batch history
    - delete the process recipe and create it again

When you process a number of images, are they appearing in the batch queue? If so, do they disappear after a brief moment?

This has been a particular issue in the recent past, so if this is the case you might want to update to the current version (6.4.1 at time of writing).

Yes, they appear in the queue briefly, one time 5 processed before the queue disappeared, the other times none were processed before it disappeared--it also happened on my MBP using Capture 6.3.3. I didn't have a problem processing until yesterday when I tried to process some RAW images which I recovered from a CF card using SanDisk RescuePro software, but I now cannot process any other RAW files which were nor recovered with that software. Could trying to process those recovered files have started the problem?

I upgraded to 6.4.3 (Mac) the day before yesterday, and now I have exactly the same problem.

    HELP !!

What to do when we can not process the actual image ?
    I just posted a support case - 107761

    I doubt it.
Perhaps they are being saved someplace else.
Try giving the processed photo some unique name, like #test 01. After the processing is done use your finder or Windows Explore to search for the new file and new name.
