How do I transfer files from a laptop to my main drive?

I just finished shooting to my lMacBook. I have transferred the files to my main drive (T mode) but how do I create a new session? I'm still running CO Pro 3.7.7 and Tiger. Have to upgrade soon. 😄

  Create a new session on your main drive as you do on your laptop. Next, move your image into your new session or assign the image folder to the session.

  You could just copy the entire session folder over. Then when you double click the session icon within that session folder it will open automatically in Capture One.
