Automatic (idiosyncratic) Lens Correction

Is there any way to eliminate the automatic application of Lens Correction so that it may be applied according to the user's intentions and not the program's? It still seems to be applied by the program automatically, although at times for inexplicable reasons it isn't. Thanks

    The good folks at Capture Integration in Atlanta, Georgia, USA have come up with an answer to the auto-lens correction "feature.". PLUS a preset that works perfectly to rid yourself of the "automatic" lens correction - either on import or on file you are using.



    Josh at Capture Integration is gentleman who came up with this answer. Josh has been helpful in trying to get this "feature" resolved.

    I can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service that Capture Integration provides.

    The CaptureIntegration work round is really handy. Used it all day today. But I hope I don't need to do it for very long.
