CaptureOne 20 won't launch

I just downloaded CaptureOne 20 and it won't launch. Here are the error logs. Any help gratefully received.

    Did you install it from a user with administrator rights?

    Hi, yes I did. I just uninstalled and reinstalled again to check and it still won't launch.

    I would suggest using Submit a request for personalised Technical Support if you have not already done so.

     

    Also did you try a fresh download? Just in case something went wrong previously.
