Tethering problems: the Canon 5D Mark 3 does not connect.
Hello. This is my first question.
I recently signed up for a Capture One 20.
It does not recognize the Canon 5D Mark 3.
Lightroom Classic recognizes it and allows me to shoot.
▼Checked.(https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002381557)
System Information for Mac.The name of Canon is recognized in the USB item.
In the privacy section of System Preferences, Capture One 20 was added and allowed to Full Disk Access and Accessibility.
In the Capture One 20 preferences, only Canon is selected for tethering support.
I have two cables to connect, and I tried each of them, but they are recognized by PC, but not by Capture One 20.
The firmware of Canon 5D Mark3 is 1.3.6.
My PC is Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5.
Please let me know if anyone has improved from similar symptoms or if there is anything else to check.
I'm a Japanese user who just started using Capture One 20. This question is posted using the translation feature.
Thank you for your help :)

Its not comforting that you have not gotten your answer. This is why I hate that they don't have a number to call. I have the same problem. I hope we get our answer.

Is your 5D 3 connecting to your computer as a storage device before C1 has a chance to claim it for connection?
Do you have a memory card in the camera?
