I can't open the capture one 20 neither.
I bought it because the trial doesn't open, but it doesn't open either. It is said that there is something I originally used, but I do not know how to deal with it, so please tell me.

Are you sure your version 10 is closed ? Because Capture One doesn't accept two different versions to be opened at the same time.

I don't know how to close.so i did uninstale then i couldn't open old one..

There are two main spossble sources of error. The information you have given is not sufficient to determine the source.
1> It could be that Capture One will not start due to a problem with the license or some other factor.
2> It could be that Capture One successfully starts, but cannot open a catalog or session file that you were using in an older version.
Can you please provide the exact text of the error message that you have received to help us detrmine that. You should also provide this in your support request.
