Upgraded hardware now can't activate license
I upgraded by Mac hard drive and now can't activate Capture one pro "upgrade limit is exceeded". I don't have anything to uninstall to reactivate my license code. Can you help me, please?

C1 generates something like a hardware ID for the devices on which the software is activated. With the new hard disk, the MAC is apparently seen as another system and the number of permitted activations is exceeded. This should be resolved if you log into your C1 account and in license management reset the activation that is no longer required. The difficulty lies in recognizing the right computer, because the naming in the license management is simply Computer 1, Computer 2 ... , you can only determine the right activation by it's date.
Steps:
Manage licenses - Capture One .. 20 (perpetual license) - Activation History

The Activation key is connected to a system with the disk installed at the time of activation. A new drive will suggest a "new" system not activated.
De-activate the license for the system via access to your Capture One account (it's an admin activity on C1 servers and does not require the "known" system to be attached and active) and then activate again for the "new" configuration.

There's a problem with the activation server. I deactivated all licenses from the website, checked that they were indeed deactivated, then re-installed C1 following the instructions exactly (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002402377-How-to-uninstall-Capture-One-). Upon installation, I was notified the license was still active and had to go through the process again from within the app.
Also, there's a persistent bug that renders usernames as FirstName LastName, regardless of how many times you try to fix it from your user profile.
All day long.
