JPGs/TIFFs/DNGs in Capture One 20 for Nikon Version

Hi,

I think about to purchase Capture One 20 for Nikon, I've just installed the test Version.

Short Question: If I want to organize there also my older pictures or LR-Exports, when it's saved as JPG, TIFF or DNG? (the DNG for Lightroom Panos and HDRs)

Is it also possible to organize them and may do some edits?

(in the Test version it works with JPGs, but there's no hint that it's realy the Nikon branded version)
