I would suggest that you submit a request as I suspect that only Capture One will be able to tell you if there are any known compatibility issues with your setup.

There are some logs to look at if you want to do some digging around yourself.  You could have a look at the WIndows Event Viewer to see if there are any specific Windows errors.  You could also have a look at the logs for Capture One, these are stored at the following location.

    C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\CaptureOne\Logs

These may give you some idea as to why it is not starting. Does it try to start and hang, or does it not even try to start? If the latter I would try a reinstall if you have not already.

One other thing to check is your firewall to see if it is blocking Capture One. I have had some instances where C1 has been waiting for some access through the firewall.

    In addition to Mark's answer:

I seem to remember that CO requires a working Internet connection at the first start.

Edit: This is not fully correct. There is an Offline Activation possibility but it does not work for all versions: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002470938-Offline-activation-of-Capture-One

Check also if your Virus scanner has blocked/is blocking something related to CO...

Thank you for your comments. I submit a request with the problem and log file, but the answer doesn´t help me. I installed capture one 12 and the problem is the same. I updated graphic card driver. In the log file the issue is always with this file "P1.AppCore.dll".
