Lost licence
My licence has been wrongly deactivated. I am licensed for C1 9, it was activated on this computer.
I have tried 12 and perhaps 20 on another computer (my notebook) on which another licences copy of C1 ran), using a different email address because I was, for a time, a tertiary student.
I originally bought C1 7 which I activated using an email address in the js.id.au domain, I can no longer access email addresses in that domain. I believe I changed it to the email address I logged on with here, though I have others.

You need to log into your Capture One account.
1) Got to www.captureone.com
2) On top right of screen next to "Try it Free" block click on the stylised little head and shoulders
3) Log in with your e-mail address and password.
4) Order History is in bottom left.
5) Click on either Go to Order History or see orders placed before 2018 as appropriate.
You will see details of all your orders including Product Licence Key.
For instance I see that on Nov 28 2009 I paid 69 Euro to upgrade from Capture One 4 to Capture One 5 and the product licence key was ........

Just re-read your post. I think you will have to log on with the e-mail address and password you used to buy the software even though you can no longer access that e-mail account. That said I can access my old licence keys etc. even though I have changed my e-mail address in edit profile
