X-T 4 RAW Problem - Did not Open the File in Color

FirstName LastName

Hi,

the RAW Files from my new X-T4 will be not open in Color.  The Picture is in BW in Capture 20.

Who has the same Problems ?

    In the Base Characteristics tool what is showing for the ICC Profile and Curve fields currently applied?

    It shows RGB, and RAW but the File (Picture )is always black and white. Its the same Profile like the File from the XT 100F and this File  is it working. RAW shoot in BW and after import in C One 20 the File Raw is Color !

    Here is the Support article that describes how the Film Simulations work including the simulations that arrived with V20.1.2 (as I recall).

    Note the comment about changing the way the defaults are set for first processing.

    If you are seeing something different to the way the concepts are described then I would suggest that you use the "Submit a request" option on the top line of the Support Pages and create a Support Case to obtain personal attention and advice from  the C1 Support Team. That shoud get you to a faster explanation of what is happening.
