    Marco,

I have the same problem with Firefox on Windows.

For me it coincided with a Firefox update.

The solution is to delete the www.captureone.com cookies.

I had thought that it might be a Firefox problem and have just downloaded the new FF update. But if you also have the problem then it may be some other factor originating with the cookies.

It may be time for a "Request" ...

Thank you for the reply.  I'll delete cookies and see if the issue goes away.

Yup.   Deleted cookies and came back to this post.  This time login worked correctly.  Thanks again.

    Marco,

It seems to be a recurring problem.

Now that it seems safe to assume it is not just Firefox problem I think it is time to "Submit a request"!

I take "Submit a request" as a request to change Capture One and not this web forum.   I'd even go as far a thinking a post to the forum topic of "Issues with the new forum"  would be enough.  After all, I want the web developers to look at this issue, not the capture one support people.   I don't expect the capture one support people to know anything about this web forum.

Same on Chrome on both Windows and Android.

I can confirm it is the same on Edge on Windows.  I can't even find where to start to log in on my ipad ;-(

I do not seem to be getting the json error signing in today, although the sign-in process has been a bit erratic.

Still have to click the "sign-in" a second time before the text entry box appears.
