"Unable to connect to server to lookup profile"
I have just made an account and downloaded Capture One. (Capture One 20.Win.13.1.3)
When I try to log in for the first time it says unable to connect to server.
If I "run diagnostics", I get:
Check 01: Success
Check 02: BFEBFBFF000506E3 /
Check 03: 3312040241
Check 04: Exception: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Check 05: Exception: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Check 06: succes
I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled multiple times. I have d/c from wifi and reconnected. Still getting the same error.
OS is windows 7. Any ideas how to fix this?

implementing this and restarting. I'll update how this works
