Printing with Capture One vs other software

I went down the route of an external application dedicated to printing for several reasons, many of which are associated with the ease and flexibility of laying-out multiple jobs onto a sheet/page, being able to add text and integration with an automated cutter.  There are numerous other reasons and benefits I've discovered since starting to work this way and I'd find it very hard to move back now.  I primarily use Image Print but also Qimage One from time to time.

I have a Canon Pro-100 printer and the only way to use the excellent Canon Print Studio Pro plug in is in either Lightroom or Photoshop.  Hence I open in photoshop to print.

Thanks, I have played with Image Print but am undecided at the moment. I'll give Qimage a look too.

@Andy, I contacted Canon support to see it was possible and the agent showed me a way to use Canon's Print Studio Pro without Photoshop or Lightroom. It involves downloading another Canon Software and so far it works fine. Unfortunately I am traveling and away from my primary computer and I can't remember what was installed. If Print Studio is the only reason you have Photoshop then it might be worth contacting Canon support.
