capture One 21 Activation was not possible because the activation profile is faulty.
When I want to upgrade from 20 to 21 I got this information:
"Activation was not possible because the activation profile is incorrect."
What can I do?
PS: I de-activate an de-installed the capture One 20 version.

You could try clearing any Capture One cookies from your web browser(s).
I'm not sure it will help you but I have been experiencing a repeating once every 24 hours issue logging on to this forum for a few weeks and clearing the cached cookies using a browser utility works for me.
I have in the past, experienced similar things with other sites - most worryingly at one point my Bank access!
Sometimes using a different browser has by-passed the problem quickly but that success may depend on how the incoming cookies were handled. It does not always produce the desired result.
