    Thanks for that pointer - I looked through the various solutions suggested there and have pinned down what was going on.  In the Process Recipe the root folder was pointed at the original destination folder rather than the Output Folder.  I have changed that setting and all is now behaving as it should.

    Glad you found the source of the anomaly.

    That check would be the normal first suggestion for something to consider but the way the linked thread developed sort of suggested that there might be something else in play. So it seemed appropriate to point you there just in case some new and tricky problem had appeared as part of some sort of common OS update with certain hardware configuration and Capture One releases.

    If nothing else it saves (in some cases)  having to go step by step through a reported problem and perhaps taking longer than necessary to get things working again for the problem holder
