I have been a beta tester for CaptureOne since 2 or 3 years, but for this version I had no time to test it. As an IT consultant for more than 40 years I start having some real problems with the technical status quo of C21. The many problems that C21 faces could indicate 2 things:
1. the new version is build in a hurry, depending on us, voluntary beta testers, spending to little time to alfatest or to little money to develop;
2. there is a real architectural problem. C21 has only one new big feature, dehazing, that should not be a real big thing. But what we see is that a number of existing features don't work, tethering, clone-heal layers in output processing, importing images in a catalogue loses all adjustments and more...
As a software auditor with many years of experience I think these functionality degradations indicates big software problems. The latest price increase fuels this idea even more. I wonder what this community and CaptureOne has to say on this
