カメラが認識しないテザー撮影できない
Capture one20proをmac os catalinaで使用しているのですがテザー撮影しようとSony α７IIIを繋げたら認識しませんでした。caputure one21のトライアル版で試したところ、カメラを認識して撮影できました。caputure one20を使用するにはどうすれば良いですか？

全て試しましたが認識されませんでした。
Capture One21 trial ですと認識しました。どのような原因が考えられますか？
