Capture One 21+, "for all cameras", on 3 workstations?
Amid all of the web search results, going back months, amid discussion of "users" and "workstations" and "activations", the different versions of Capture One and the (changing) rules that apply to each, I can't get a clear understanding of what license to buy for my particular application. Beyond that, my Phase One reseller tells me they are not handling Capture One licensing any more, and are not in a position to answer my questions.
I am a single user, but I have 3 "workstations". The constraints on "activations" have changed. And at this point, I need to support more than one type of camera: Phase One and Sony.
(I used to be just a Phase One user, and with the old policy of 3 activations, "Capture One for Phase One" offered what I needed. But now I am using Sony as well... and activations are being reduced to 2.)
Finally, if "Capture One for Phase One" will no longer be sufficient, and I will need to buy a license, I am interested in a subscription/"perpetual license".
Given all of this, I need to know:
1) Which subscription-style license to buy for Capture One, "for all cameras", and for use on 3x "workstations"
2) How to migrate Capture One to a new "workstation", temporarily or permanently, should one of my "workstations" need service or is upgraded/replaced
(I am guessing some form of multi-user or enterprise license may be necessary, to cover 3x "workstations"... but I don't know for certain. Maybe a couple of separate single-user licenses would also work... and it looks like that would cost about the same as multi-user for 2, but what would be the tradeoffs?)
Is there a way to contact someone at Capture One who can answer these questions, help me figure out what license to buy, talk me through how to "activate" on 3x "workstations", how to migrate to new "workstations", etc? Can someone from Capture One address these questions here? Can anyone direct me to authoritative resources online that would be clearly/directly relevant to these specific questions (i.e. without guesswork)?
Thanks.

Hi Michael,
This link might be useful:

You would need to change to Capture One Pro and as an existing user you will keep the 3 seats.
If you want to free up a seat/activation you can do that by logging in to your user account and 'Manage Licenses', check out:
If you would like support to have a look at your specific case you can always submit a request.

I may need to submit a request, so we can roadmap this.
I currently use "Capture One for Phase One", which I have as a function of purchasing Phase One XF camera equipment and IQ backs. Currently (or at least so far), as a Phase One owner, I am able to access new major releases of "Capture One for Phase One" indefinitely/without cost or constraint, and activate them via license keys obtained from Phase One.
I would need to change this to Phase One Pro (to enable my Sony equipment... presumably a paid license), keep the 3 seats, and I would like access to new major releases of Capture One (which suggests a subscription).
Anyway, if specific steps to do this in a "self-service" way are not documented anywhere, let me know and I will submit a request.
Thanks.
