C1P 20 free update

1. I have a perpetual license for C1P20, Build 13.1.1.24(61bb403).  An email says I have a free update available for new heal and cloning tools.  There is no apparent way to download the update.  I do not want a "free trial", of C1P, I just want the update to the software I already have.

2. How can I contact someone at Phase One or is the Community Forum the only option?

  I believe that is the most current version of Capture One 20.
