trying to activate my capture 21 pro
hello I need help
I use a Mac book pro and just downloaded the capture 21 pro , I try to activate and it keep saying server can't query profile because no data was received from the server.
I have tried everything possible ,I need help from the support team

Tengo un problema al exportar las imagenes.. desde que salio el 21 me hace esto, les dejo una imagen para q vean lo q me hace..

can your support verify my email and account , this sucks .
I registered and cant log in to activate the account this is annoying fr, I even tried opening an new account and try logging into the app to activate and says account doesn't exist too.
what is the purpose of getting a verify email and I cant log into it.

It may simply be that the new release offered today has temporarily increased traffic and overwhelmed the servers.
