Unable to activate C1 20 (license works on other machine)

Unable to activate C1 20 on this machine. 

Trying to use "manage licenses" also does not send me an email as it should...

This license has worked on my old machine, but now does not work. 

Also, I deactivated it on the old machine, so that is no the issue.

    Might you have more than one account with captureone.com?

    If not, have you checked your email spam folder?
