You may want to make a post on the Phase One forum to obtain the most useful responses to your observation.

All windows versions recognize the digital back without any issues, that's why I think the problem is in Capture One.

    I found this:

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014168598-Capture-One-21-14-0-0-release-notes#h_d370b96c-6766-4265-bb27-13b59cf9630a

"FireWire tethering is not supported for Windows 10 build 1903 and newer"

So it's a known issue, i would like to know if you are going to fix this bug or not, for know how to manage the problem in the future.

    Thank you

You probably need to ask the Support Team directly by creating a Support Case.

This is primarily a User to User forum.

I still think you would be better served to ask the Phase One cameras team about possible solutions to the problem of Microsoft dropping support for Firewire.
